Default Advice to people who don't have acne

Don't look at the person who has acne as if they are an alien, just have a quick glance and walk the other way, treat it as normal. That was my pet hate when i had bad acne. I would constantly be stared at, so obvious and sometimes i felt like punching the starers in the face. The best thing you can do if you see someone who has acne, well to do what you should do, not even look and treat it as a normal part of life, because it is normal. So just be courteous and try to understand what the person is going through. Some good advice if you are a friend with someone who is acne is to do what a normal friend should do. Don't care about it, talk about it or even bring it up. Treat it as if its nothing. Because Acne is not a big problem. The people walking around and staring at kids who have it like they are aliens is what causes psychological problems on those with acne. I hope this helps everyone, non sufferers and sufferers alike. Acne is nothing, life is everything.

Best Water Temperature to wash Acne in

The best way to wash acne affected areas, is to start off washing with warm water, this will open up the pores. When applying facial cleanser or whatever you apply keep the warm water on until you finish using the cleanser and fully rub it off. Once the cleanser has completely dissapeared from the area, then put on cold water. Just use the cold water from the tap. This should close your pores, stopping bacteria and all other germs from entering. A good tip i recieved was to close the toilet seat after you use it. Because it is full of germs and bacteria. And although a radical idea, don't spend to much time in the bathroom after you wash your face because it is full of bacteria and could seep into damp skin. Washing your face in cold water tightens the pores and can help beat acne. It also plays a major role in stopping oilyness of the skin, this is what i turned to when my face was made really oily from pro active. And washing my face in cold water did eventually stop my face from being so oily.
